All parcels are sent by Royal Mail 1st class with signature required.
Postage time to UK is roughly 1-2 days, rest of the world is roughly 5-10 days.

Custom make prices are dependent on size, style, level of detail and the time frame I have to make it. Items that are custom made cannot be returned. Items not custom made may be returned within 14 days undamaged and unused, customer is liable for returns postage. I cannot be responsible for any delays due to custom checks or any import tax. Please keep all items away from naked flames, and supervise young children at all times while wearing any Tutu Hullabaloo items. Some items may include small gems or beads and while I always do my best to make sure everything is secure, I cannot guarantee that something won't come loose. Please try on all items before the date required, I will try to help sort any issues in any way. All cancellations must be in writing (by email, Etsy, Facebook or letter). It is my responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that I have not met our legal obligations please contact me.
