FAQs + Small Print

I love to make custom items so if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

I can make dresses, skirts, tshirts, sashes, bows and shoes all to your specifications for any occasion, any size, any colour, formal and informal. Please note, I do not use trademarked images on any of my items.

All crochet tops are lined, all sewn tulle skirts will have an underskirt. Puffy tutus do not come with an underskirt as standard but can have one added if you prefer.

Price is dependent on size, style, level of detail and the time frame I have to make it.

If you'd like to discuss ordering, please mail with details of what you want and an idea of budget.

Payments can be made via paypal or credit/debit card.

For larger orders, a non-refundable deposit (50% of the total payment) will be required before your item is made, full payment must be made before delivery.

Normal processing times are 1-2 weeks, with 1-2 days postage for UK, or 5-10 days postage USA, Canada and Europe. If possible, always allow 3 weeks to anticipate any delay at customs.

Please supervise children at all times while wearing Tutu Hullabaloo items.

Remove bows + headbands whilst sleeping.

Some items may include small gems or beads and while I always do my best to make sure everything is secure, I cannot guarantee that something won't come loose.

Keep away from naked flames.

Simply spot clean wherever possible. If absolutely necesary, a hand wash in the sink - single dirty strips only. After washing, always de-tangle and straighten out the tulle, then hang to dry.

Crumpled tutu? Do not iron, either embrace the new look, or hang in a steamy bathroom. To remove static, use a fabric softenerand water mixture sprayed on sparingly.

Tutus are best stored using the hanger and dress bag provided, or similar.

Transfer/vinyl designs:

Wash garment inside out with cool water, use a mild detergent, then air dry.

Do not iron directly onto the design.

Avoid folding the garment over the transfer as this can cause creases/damage.

The dye will not wash off in the rain, but I dont recomend jumping in puddles to keep them fresh and bright.

Machine washing your shoes is not advised - it may cause fading of the colours.

Please dont wear white socks with your new shoes, you may end up with rainbow socks to match.

Hi! I'm Sam.

I am an independent custom clothing designer.

I’ve always been such a creative person, I was one of those kids who would collect every bottle and piece of cardboard in the house just because I knew I would make something at some point.

In 2014 my friend asked if I could make some tutus, I was instantly hooked! Since then I have added tie dye, bows and t-shirts into the mix and I love it all.
