These tutus are made with 3 layers of tulle strips, 3 different lengths to give it the unique puffy look. The sizes below show the longest length of the main tutu.

Around 50 feathers are glued to the ends to add even more puff and fluff.

Any combination of colours is available.

These can also be made without the longer tail at the back.
