These tutus are made with 3 layers of tulle, a ribbon bow to secure it at the waist and white felt circles added to make it dotty.

All sizes are approximately knee length

1-3 years      9 inches
3-5 years     10 inches
5-7 years     12 inches
7-9 years     12 inches
10-12 years  14 inches

Adult tutus are 14 inches on the longest layer.
